Our standard delivery rate is £6.95 for all UK Mainland orders.
There will be additional charges for regional and heavy items.
We aim to have all orders delivered within 1-3 working days (stock permitting). Deliveries are made between 8.00 am – 6.00 pm and will need to be signed for, therefore please make sure someone is present at the delivery address during these hours.*
*PLEASE NOTE: due to the current pandemic with COVID-19 please allow extra time for your delivery. We are not able to specify days/time slots but please contact us directly on 0161 339 1673 to speak to one of our customer representatives.

We also do not dispatch orders on a Friday, unless Saturday delivery is specified. This is because we have no control over where the parcel will be warehoused with the courier and this could affect products such as nutrients, therefore we will keep the products in our warehouse under our control ready for dispatch on Monday (excluding bank holidays where dispatch will take place on the following working day).
Heavy/Large Item Surcharge
Heavy items such as 50L bags of soil will incur an extra £5.00 heavy item fee per item. This will show up on the product page before checking out.
If our courier cannot deliver the weight of your order, we may have to ship your items on a pallet instead. This also incurs an extra charge but we will contact you about this once we have received
Scottish Highlands & Islands
For shipping to areas with Scottish Highlands/Isles we offer a 2-3 day delivery service at £13.95. Heavy item surcharges still apply.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isle Scilly - £24.95
For shipping to Northern Ireland, Isles of Man and Isle of Scilly we offer a 2-3 day delivery service for a flat fee of £24.95. Heavy item surcharges still apply.
We do not ship outside of the British Isles.
Unfortunately we do not ship to Europe at this time.
All parcels, no matter how big or small, are dispatched in plain packaging using black wrap that's secured using 'fragile' tape so discretion and the safe delivery of your order is assured.
Problems with Delivery / Product out of Stock
If the product is out of stock we will contact you directly via telephone or email. If there is no answer and we do not hear back from you within 14 days we will issue you a full refund.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us on 0161 339 1673 and have your order number to hand.
